goodtides Companion is a personal peptide tracking tool — a calculator, a logbook, a schedule, all in your pocket. Local-first; optional cloud sync.
What it is, and isn't
What it is: a tracker. It records what you input — your protocols, doses, injections, vials, schedules — and does the arithmetic of converting vial mg + water mL into syringe units. Catalog defaults shown alongside peptides are commonly cited research dosages, included as a reference.
What it isn't: a medical service. goodtides does not provide medical care, evaluate your condition, or advise on individual dosing. Peptides referenced are research chemicals, not FDA-approved drugs.
Your decisions, your responsibility
Decisions about whether and how you use these products are your own. Consult a licensed medical provider before starting, adjusting, or combining any protocol — including for any dosing or protocol guidance you follow from this app.
Your data & privacy
Your tracking data (protocols, doses, vials, weights, and any bloodwork you add) is stored on your device, and synced to your goodtides account only if you sign in — so it's available across your devices. It is never used for advertising or sold. While you're signed in, we also note when you open the app (the last time, and which days) to see how many people use it. If you use Ask goodtides, your messages are sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, to be answered, as you type them, plus a summary of your protocols and vials if you turn on Use my protocol. The app never attaches your saved bloodwork. Read our App Privacy Policy and Terms.
